⚠️ IMPORTANT: By using IsxSafe, you acknowledge and agree that ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No chargebacks, refunds, or disputes will be accepted.

By accessing or using IsxSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IsxSafe.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

All purchases of points, packages, and subscriptions are final. Points purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with service, or inability to use points. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to a refund or chargeback. Any chargeback disputes will result in immediate account termination and legal action may be pursued for recovery of fees and associated costs.

Ad slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. IsxSafe reserves the right to reschedule, reassign, or postpone any ad slot placement at any time without prior notice. In the event that all scheduled ad slots are filled, your advertisement may be rescheduled to a later available date at our discretion. No compensation or refund will be provided for rescheduled or postponed ad placements. Ad slot availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change at any time.

IsxSafe and its administrators reserve the absolute right to ban, suspend, or restrict any user account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to: denial of privileges, revocation of rewards, removal of points, and permanent account termination. Such actions may be taken at the sole discretion of IsxSafe administrators when there is sufficient reason to believe that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the system, or acted in a manner deemed harmful to the platform or its users. No consent or prior notification is required for such actions, and no compensation or refund will be provided to affected users.

Points may be subject to expiration or forfeiture at our discretion. Inactive accounts may have their points revoked. Points earned through promotional activities or bonuses may have specific expiration dates. IsxSafe reserves the right to adjust, deduct, or remove points from any account without prior notice or consent.

IsxSafe is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or other issues arising from service changes or outages.

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISXSAFE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISXSAFE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ISXSAFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ISXSAFE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IsxSafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IsxSafe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the governing jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.

IsxSafe shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, network failures, or other events of force majeure.

The failure of IsxSafe to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IsxSafe regarding the use of the service, superseding any prior agreements. Any additional terms or conditions on specific features or services will be communicated separately.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
